Waiting game. To start all over, or even some may call it a reset can be daunting. At times the reset can even come about when you were at the mountain top, which internally would make some nauseous. However, one may wonder if remaining “on top of the world” yields any growth? Or in due time create complacency? Too often the people shy away from mentioning their valley moments, or even discount it as if it didn’t prepare and shape them into a mature individual. However, the waiting game is not for the faint of the heart, or those who battle with FOMO. To wait is to be still in mind, body, and soul in a world that is on the run in all different directions.
Again perception. A fixed mindset can cause blurriness, that even once adjusted can result in jadedness. Mixed emotions that prevents one from initiating a plan.
Perception. The individuals binocular view on everything around. There is somewhat a lack of awareness because of what is being observed. In. Real. Time. Nothingness or at least the thought of it can really bring about an appetizer of anxiety, and later an entree’ of stress. No need to leave room for dessert. A tsunami of cortisol rising to eventually crashing on the homefront leaving self to remain out in the abyss.
